Always Scheming is a research consultancy focused on the future of interactive entertainment.
I founded Always Scheming to provide detailed analysis and thought-provoking content to the companies, investors, and creators building the next generation of entertainment experiences.
My research philosophy is underpinned by the notion that big ideas often start out as little more than toys or games. This concept, adapted from the theory of disruptive innovation coined by Harvard professor Clayton Christensen (author of The Innovator’s Dilemma) and further popularized by investor Chris Dixon, is the current that runs through all of the content you’ll find here.

About Me
The essays and articles herein have been formulated through extensive research and reflect my years of lived experience in Product and Operations across the games, sports, and live entertainment industries. Over the course of my career, I have contributed to creating entertainment experiences for companies like Electronic Arts, Jam City, Game7, Pocket Gems, and AEG, as well as various professional sports teams and live entertainment providers.
